In the post “Don’t Get Comfortable, Embrace Changes !!” I have told you about how you should not get too comfortable in life to develop your condition. 

This post is an extension of that and here I will tell you about 31 different ideas to avoid getting comfortable. 

So, try these out.

An easy way to get out of your comfort zone is to try something new every day; basically, here you are being consistent with adopting changes.

It will be better if you try something you are afraid to do or if it is harder for you to do.

Here are 31 ideas to start with to avoid getting comfortable:

  1. Talk with a stranger.
  2. Give a presentation in front of your class/team.
  3. Make a song video and post on social media.
  4. Dance in the metro station.
  5. Dance inside the metro or bus.
  6. Sing loudly in public places (if someone gives you money, feel free to take it).
  7. Ride escalators or lift alone (many people are afraid of these).
  8. Visit a hospital full of terminally ill patients
  9. Open the zoom camera in meetings
  10. Take a new route to reach home from office
  11. Have a raunchy chat with your partner (with consent)
  12. Try a difficult sex position (one detailed blog will be on blogsutram.com)
  13. Tell a romantic joke to your crush
  14. Eat lunch alone if you eat with others
  15. Eat lunch with others if you eat alone
  16. Tell your mother that you love her
  17. Donate to anyone in need
  18. Take funny photos of yourself
  19. Give food to a street dog or cat
  20. Ask someone out who is out of your league (you might be surprised)
  21. Give compliment to someone you don’t like
  22. Apply for high-level jobs where you already know that you won’t be selected
